Referrals

We are happy to take referrals / enquiries from anyone. You will be provided with an information pack including a brochure about the accommodation available, and a named contact person.

Once we receive a referral, a date will be arranged to complete an individual assessment of needs.

An initial visit to the property can also  be arranged.

If it is decided that a place would be suitable, we offer a three month initial probationary period. During this time it can be assessed by the service users and the service providers if a permanent placement would be successful and a programme of individualised care would be designed.

We can accommodate people who are requiring emergency, respite and long term care, depending on the availability of the accommodation.
