DIRECTORS

Elizabeth Oliver qualified as a nurse for people with learning disabilities in 1991. Since then she has worked in both day care and residential community settings. During that time she gained a NVQ4 in Management and completed an ENB 998 Teaching and Assessing Course.

Robert Oliver has owned his own successful business since 1991.  He has also managed numerous property development projects during the last 10 years.

THE STAFF TEAM

The quality of staff we employ is very important to us. Enhanced CRB/POVA checks, professional references and personal health questionnaires are completed before employment commences.

Compulsary introductory training courses include First Aid, Fire Safety, Moving and Handling, Food Hygiene, Protection of Vulnerable Adults, Administration of Medicines, Health and Safety and the Learning Disability Qualification Induction Award.

All staff are working towards, or qualified in Health and Social Care NVQ level 2/3/4
