Since our founding in 2007, we have been dedicated to supporting adults with learning disabilities, epilepsy, and complex health needs. Our journey began with residential care, where our commitment to a personalised, effective approach quickly set us apart.
In 2020, we expanded our services to include personal care within supported living accommodations, focusing on empowering adults with learning disabilities, autism, and epilepsy. By integrating innovative care strategies and a person-centred approach, we aim to foster independence and enrich the lives of those we serve.

With over 40 years of experience in the care sector-
Liz has dedicated her career to supporting individuals with learning disabilities, fostering their independence, and ensuring their inclusion in society. As a Registered Learning Disability Nurse, Liz brings a wealth of expertise and compassion to her practice.
She holds an NVQ Level 7 in Leadership and Management, demonstrating her ability to lead teams effectively and implement impactful strategies. Additionally, Liz has earned a Level 3 Award in Education and Training, enabling her to mentor and educate others in the sector.
Liz's unwavering commitment lies in empowering individuals with learning disabilities to lead fulfilling, healthy, and inclusive lives within their communities.

Will Oliver
With over 10 years of experience in the care sector-
Will has committed his career to supporting individuals with learning disabilities, enhancing their quality of life, and ensuring they receive the support and opportunities they rightly deserve. As a Registered Learning Disability Nurse, Will combines professional expertise with a compassionate approach to care.
He holds an NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management, showcasing his capability to lead teams and drive positive change within the sector. Additionally, Will has earned a Level 3 Award in Education and Training, equipping him to mentor and educate others in the field.
